Don Paschall
President

Don was introduced to the plumbing trade as an apprentice in 1969.  Through dedication and hard work, he earned his certified Journeyman’s status in 1981.  Continuing to work in Oregon and Nevada as a plumber, foreman, service technician, service manager and estimator, he has gained exceptional knowledge and experience.  In 1996, with the help of his wife, three sons and daughter, he started Express Plumbing in the garage of his home.  With Don’s exceptional ability to lead and a gift of foresight, we have grown into our 25,000 sqft Reno warehouse, 100+ employees and a list of committed builders. 

Debbie Paschall
Vice President

Debbie's knowledge and dedication was essential component in the creation of Express Plumbing. Her ability to quickly learn and apply her knowledge of Accounting, Insurance and tax law have become a cornerstone of the company. Being a mother of four has been a challenge, but has become a rewarding experience. Three of her sons work for the Express Plumbing in key positions. Debbie's role as chief financial officer has made the company what it is today. Together, Debbie and Don have built a successful company with many future opportunities to come.

Cameron Paschall
Purchasing Manager

Cameron has been with the company since its beginnings. Initially starting as a warehouseman, delivery driver and eventually plumbing in the field, Cameron directs purchasing with a hands on view of the plumbing trade. With his detailed approach to finance and focusing on vendor and manufacturer relationships, we value Cameron's position in the company.
